JFS was appointed to carry out a comprehensive programme of external repairs and decorations to Wollaton House, a residential property in Islington. Works were structured across two phases — the first addressing roof and high-level repairs, the second covering external elevations, masonry, decorations and boundary wall works — with full perimeter scaffolding erected to provide safe access throughout. The scope ranged from roofing membrane overlay and leadwork to timber resin window repairs, masonry repointing, render patching and full redecoration of all external woodwork, metalwork and masonry surfaces, with additional works to the courtyard, plant room area and boundary wall.
