JFS was appointed by Cheval Residences to carry out a full bathroom refurbishment programme across 20 apartments at Calico House. Working within a live, occupied building, the project was carefully phased to minimise disruption to neighbouring apartments and ensure residents experienced as little downtime as possible.

The scope of works included full replacement of tiled flooring, installation of new shower enclosures and shower sets throughout. With apartments pre-booked by guests, a detailed delivery programme was agreed and maintained from the outset — ensuring every unit was completed on schedule and handed back ready for occupation.
