JFS was appointed to carry out a cyclical external repair and redecoration project at Kew Court, Richmond. Works included full access scaffolding, slate roof repairs, render repairs, rainwater goods replacement, and full external redecoration of all previously painted render, metalwork and timber surfaces.

The project was delivered within a fully occupied residential building, with a dedicated JFS supervisor and resident liaison officer on site throughout, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants from start to finish.
