JFS was appointed by Marriott Grosvenor Square to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the hotel's back-of-house staff areas in Mayfair. The project encompassed a wide scope of works including internal layout alterations, new plasterboard ceilings, wall tiling, LED lighting upgrades, ductwork alterations, replacement floor coverings, and new IPS sanitaryware throughout.

Operating within a fully live hotel environment required meticulous planning and close collaboration with the Marriott team and their incumbent contractors. Works were carefully coordinated around the hotel's ongoing operations, ensuring staff areas remained as functional as possible throughout and that day-to-day guest experience was never compromised.
