JFS was appointed to carry out the full refurbishment of the ITU and Lister wards at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. Works included full internal redecoration, replacement vinyl floor coverings, hygienic wall cladding, clinical sink installation, a full LED lighting upgrade throughout, and the installation of an isolation pod.

The project demanded close coordination with the hospital's estates and infection control teams, with careful sequencing of trades and phased room handovers ensuring the wards were returned to full operation with minimum disruption.
