Appointed by the Clermont Hotel Group, JFS undertook a comprehensive programme of external dilapidations works to the Thistle City Barbican Hotel in central London. Works spanned two buildings across multiple roof levels, requiring careful sequencing of scaffold erection, roofing, window replacement, render repairs and façade works to maintain programme efficiency and site safety throughout. The complexity of the access strategy — including a passenger hoist, perimeter scaffolding, a scaffold link bridge between buildings at roof level, and mobile elevated platforms to the front elevation — reflected the scale and technical demands of the project.
